Consistently with the functional approach of the brand, a new Paderno project has been designed and implemented to reduce mistakes in the kitchen to the benefit of people with celiac disease.

This project has been developed with the collaboration of Associazione Italiana Celiachia Lombardia ONLUS. Paderno is thus the first company in its industry that offers a full line of Ho.Re.Ca. items intended for glutenfree cooking.

Some distinguished special features, such as golden PVD handles for pans and pots and a special customised logo for utensils, will allow professionals to easily identify all these items in the kitchen.
