To enter requests for the returned goods, follow the procedure below.
Once the shipment is started, after a check by internal staff, you will receive confirmation of a credit in an amount equal to the refund of the disputed good.
It's possible to make a return of the items by exercising the right of withdrawal exclusively within 100 days from the day of invoice/shipping.
It's possbile to make a return of defective items, but will be accepted only articles intact and unused.

1. LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
To make a return you must be registered and have completed an order on the Online Shop Paderno.
Click on "Login" at the top right of the home page www.shop.paderno.it and enter your login details.
2. FILL THE REQUEST
In your personal area, go to the section "My orders".
Check items to restiuire and specify the reason for your return request.
3. SEND YOUR REQUEST
Once your demand is inserted, you will receive by email an authorization code to be used to arrange the withdrawal with our courier.
After receiving and checking your return, we will proceed to the refund of the returned items. Otherwise, you will be contacted by our staff.
Accreditation will take place on the mode selected at the time of the return request, for an amount equal to the price reported on purchase documents of the item contested.
