Delivery is free for purchases of amounts exceeding € 69.90. 

If the amount of your purchase is less than € 69.90, a cost will be charged as shipping:
- TO ITALY: € 4.90
- TO EUROPEAN UNIONS COUNTRIES: € 14.90 - WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE COUNTRIES LISTED BELOW WHICH HAVE A PREFERENTIAL TARIFF OF € 9.90

BREXIT UPDATE: Due to the political situation surrounding the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union ("Brexit"), it will be possible to make purchases with UK destination no later than 16 DECEMBER 2020 for the duration of the transitional phase. During this transitional period we want to give you the opportunity to continue to shop with us - even if not directly through our online shops. For both the Sambonet and Paderno brands, you can write directly to our Customer Care for your purchase (online.shop@sambonet.it). Your "Personal shopper" will handle your purchase with fast shipping.

1) Send us an e-mail with your shopping list (minimum order £135).
2) Your personal shopper will reply with all the details.
3) Payment in advance by bank transfer.
4) Fast shipping and customs duties will be paid directly to the partner carrier upon delivery.

Delivery

Purchases made during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00) are borne on the same day and delivery is guaranteed by our trusted courier within 3-6 working days from the moment you have made your purchase.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For these cases are executed on the next business day.

Delivery times are valid only for the items available and from the moment of shipping the item. In the event that an item has been added to cart but later became temporarily unavailable, you will be promptly notified by our Customer Service. In case it was not possible to send the full amount of the products purchased (due to technical and amminsitrative issues) we will delete your purchase, and the entire amount you paid will be refounded.

Other cases

The courier does not carry call in advance and does not handle requests for delivery on specific times.

If you will be away from the delivery address, the courier will leave a coupon in your email inbox or close to your handset, in which you will be notified of the passage of the courier and you will be given the telephone number to call to coordinate the delivery.
If delivery attempts fail, the goods come into stock at the depots and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary for the release of the stock.
In case you do not receive response within three days of receipt of the notice, the goods will fall in our stores and you will be credited the amount of the goods purchased.

We can also deliver to an alternative address (eg your workplace): you just need to specify the coordinates for the delivery time of purchase.
For safety reasons, no deliveries are made at PO box addresses or post offices to service "poste restante".
